This draws from the original look I was keen on as a boy. British boys back then routinely wore the sandals (Startrite) you see here, with kneesocks. Wool jumpers and short shorts were generally part of the outfit. This is a bit dated, but I always liked this look. And I have been fond of the sandals as long as I can remember.

Although sadly dated, this outfit looks adorable on this boy. The sweater, cute shorts, knee socks and sandals are adorable. He is a very pretty boy and this outfit highlights how beautiful he is.

I agree! This outfit is absolutely wonderful! Especially the short shorts, white knee socks and sandals. Boys up to 12/13 would look great in this outfit.
