Thanks boy43. Boy's dress in this country is horrible. I went to the mall for Christmas shopping, and concluded that the manner of their dress was a cross between skaterboy and drive-by shooting. I think it comes down to low self-esteem and self-respect. That goes for the adults, too. The go out in public in the pyjamas they wore the night before. I think this is where the term Ugly American originates.

I agree. I think the look is intended to make him look "older" than he is by being oversized. The ill-fitting suit seems to be geared more towards what a man would wear.
