I had thought Italian but today I was thinking he must be Brazilian because that combination of skin tone, shape of eyes and lips, and the hair colour are quite typical of some Brazilian children. But since there is Spanish blood in the Brazilians I can believe that he might be Spanish. There are many beautiful boys and girls in the world but I think he is really startling.
