from all the pics ive seen of them. is that he befriended carlos and john at sometime. then he later let carlos or john pick boys they would like to hnag out or take on trips lol but idk is my educated guess

Many boys came to Nathan's house.John arrived at 8yo and was his favourite for the next 5 years.
