This a typical school uniform for boys in British private schools. The shorts are grey; the photo doesn't show the coulours very well. As far as length of shorts is concerned- American boys wear "shorts" that hang all the way down to their ankles. That seems more foolish to me than the above the knee version above. The kneesocks? We wore them that long in the 70s to the early 80s with really short shorts, only they were always white and cotton.

Basic Summer uniform. Neat, comfortable and I think the knee socks are the only socks to compliment this look.

It's a cool look without being too sloppy. I like that he is wearing shoes instead of sneakers. Nice hair too- not the long, floppy Bieber look that is so played out now. Although I never tire of looking at Bieber!
