Yeah, she did a lot of work getting my birthday parties set up! She found out names and addresses of all the boys in my class and we sent invitations out! She ordered fun birthday cakes for me too from our favorite bakery, she also found great party decorations too, I guess she was happy when I told her for my 11th birthday I only wanted my friend Mark as my guest, that made things a lot easier. I wish I had continued with birthday photos after my 10th birthday, but I probably didn't want it, I guess I got to an age where I didn't want to have a lot of photos taken. But it would have been cool to have photos of me with Mark for my 11th birthday, we had such a wild sleepover that night, hehe!

Thanks so much! I was lucky to have fun birthday parties with neighbor friends and classmates from school up through my 10th birthday! For my 11th birthday I had a special sleepover party with my friend Mark, that was so much fun! I'm glad you had nice birthday parties too, sounds awesome!

Yes, 70s shorts were so nice, they were comfy and kept the legs cool, plus they showed off the boys' cute legs! It would be nice if this style made a comeback!
