He has one of those tail thingamajigs like I did that would start growing long before the rest of my hair even thought of growing out. When I was 9 that thingamajig grew like 3 inches before my hair even started to grow out and I had an instant rat-tail. Everybody thought I got a Rat-Tail haircut. Later that summer all of my hair grew out to start of about 4 years refusing to get a haircut.
